We are R&M - a Sofia based company with over 15 years of expertise in managing various residential, commercial and office real estate and development. Our headquarters are located in Platinum Business Centre, a proud property of ours, which also happens to be a few meters from Ruby Red House. For years, we have been passing by this beautiful, solemn and peculiar red brick building, which kept staying oddly unoccupied. It has been our dream to transform it once again into a vibrant spot.

We put special efforts into taking care of our local environment. By abiding to current sustainability standards, using resources conscientiously, minimizing waste and supporting what is local.
